MNT Holder 的幾個核心疑問

MNT Holder 的幾個核心疑問

As a long-term $MNT holder, I have a few serious questions about Mantle’s long-term strategy.

I genuinely want to understand what Mantle is trying to become.

Right now, Mantle is involved in RWA, DeFi, liquid staking, stablecoins, tokenized stocks, AI, banking, cross-chain infrastructure, Solana, etc.

But from an investor’s perspective, it sometimes feels like Mantle is doing a little bit of everything, without having one category where it is clearly the leader.

So I would like to ask the Mantle team:

1. What is Mantle’s single most important long-term objective?

Is Mantle ultimately trying to become:

  • the leading RWA network?
  • an institutional on-chain financial infrastructure?
  • a banking/settlement layer?
  • a DeFi hub?
  • or a broader “on-chain financial operating system”?

What should MNT holders actually think Mantle will become in 3–5 years?

2. What is Mantle’s true competitive moat?

RWA is becoming extremely competitive.

Ondo is heavily focused on RWA issuance and products.

Plume is positioning itself as an RWA-focused chain.

Securitize is working directly with major institutions.

Many other chains are also integrating tokenized assets.

So what is the one thing Mantle can do that competitors cannot easily replicate?

If the answer is liquidity, distribution, Bybit integration, Treasury, technology, or something else, I would really like to understand the concrete advantage.

3. How strategically important is Bybit to Mantle?

This is probably one of the biggest questions for me.

From the outside, it sometimes looks like Bybit is building a broader multi-chain strategy, with significant attention toward Solana and BBSOL, rather than making Mantle its obvious primary chain.

So:

Is Mantle actually intended to be the core on-chain financial infrastructure for Bybit, or is Mantle simply one of several ecosystems within the broader Bybit strategy?

If Mantle is strategically important to Bybit, what are the concrete areas where we should expect deeper integration?

4. Most importantly: how does all of this create value for MNT?

Mantle can grow RWA TVL.

Mantle can grow DeFi TVL.

Mantle can bring tokenized stocks on-chain.

Mantle can generate revenue.

Mantle can build banking infrastructure.

But what is the mechanism that converts this growth into long-term MNT value accrual?

For example:

  • token buybacks?
  • MNT burns?
  • staking?
  • revenue sharing?
  • MNT as collateral?
  • mandatory MNT usage?
  • Treasury-driven value accrual?
  • something else?

I think this is the most important question for token holders.

Because ecosystem growth and token value are not automatically the same thing.

5. What is Mantle’s “killer product”?

If Mantle is successful, what product or network effect will people point to and say:

“This is why Mantle won.”

I currently see many promising initiatives, but I don’t yet see one product that feels overwhelmingly dominant.

As a holder, I don’t need Mantle to do everything.

I would rather see Mantle become the best in one extremely important category, and then expand from there.

So my final question is:

What is the one thing Mantle wants to be world-class at?

And how does that ultimately make MNT itself more valuable?

I’m asking this genuinely as a holder, not as FUD.

I believe Mantle has significant resources, a large Treasury, strong ecosystem partners, and a potentially powerful position in on-chain finance.

But I think the market needs a much clearer answer to:

“Why Mantle?”

And even more importantly:

“Why MNT?”
