Will vote “YES.” Having no interest or participation in any iteration of FTX 2.0 I think is the best option, especially considering that they very well may dump the tokens to fund other endeavors.

$MNT is a product of the DAO-governed Mantle, and there is no guaranteed right of migration from $BIT to $MNT. FTX Group’s $BIT tokens should not automatically convert to $MNT due to various disqualifying factors.

There is no good solution.
Freezing inconsistent with the provisions of the contract is possible costs of lawsuits, moreover, we are making a big bag of tokens that will later hit the market in a short time.
On the other hand, it cannot be that there is no possibility of enforcing compliance with the terms of the contract and everything depends on FTX

agree with this proposal, FTX is bankrupt now and the terms in which BIT was sold cannot be held now. They should not be allowed to migrate to MNT automatically.

if we let migration from $BIT to $MNT. I thought a lot of price impact can be expect / mantle will be cant manage risk and if dump migration happen all MNT did will collapse including MNT holder
